The Chaga I Drink Every Morning at the Cabin

Cut by hand from a living birch tree in the boreal forest around my cabin, then dried and prepared the same simple way it has been done for generations. No grain, no mycelium, no fillers.

Why People Drink It

Tradition

Steeped across the north for generations, long before it became a wellness trend.

Something Real and Wild

It takes three to seven years just for the growth to become visible on the tree. What I harvest has usually been there a lot longer than that.

A Daily Ritual

A warm cup in the morning, a slow moment before the day picks up speed.

Why People Choose My Self Reliance

Tradition

Chaga has been steeped across the northern forests for generations. This isn't a new discovery, it's an old habit in a new bag.

Authenticity

What I sell grows for years on a living birch tree. It's not mycelium grown on a bag of grain in a lab.

Daily Ritual

A small, deliberate habit stirred into the first cup of the day, the same way checking the fire is part of the morning here.

Self-Reliance

I harvest it myself, by hand, in the forest around my cabin. No middlemen, no imported bulk material relabeled for a shelf.

I'll Send You the Guide First

The short guide I give people trying chaga for the first time, how to brew it, how much to use, and what to expect the first week.

Not All Chaga Powder Is the Same

This chaga comes from the sclerotium, the hard, dark growth that spends three to seven years just becoming visible on a living birch tree, then keeps growing for decades after that.

I harvest it by hand, taking only a portion and leaving enough behind for the fungus to keep going. It's cleaned, dried, and prepared without grain, fillers, or anything added.

Part of the Morning Here

Half a teaspoon of chaga powder, stirred into hot water or coffee, while the kettle is still warm and the house is quiet. Or, if there's time, a pot of pieces simmering low on the stove for an hour while the morning chores get done. Either way, it has become part of how the day starts here, a small, unhurried ritual before anything else happens.

Before You Order

What's the difference between chaga powder and chaga pieces?

Same wild harvested chaga, prepared two ways. Powder dissolves quickly for a fast daily cup. Pieces are meant for a long, traditional simmer, and the same batch can be reused two to three times.

How should I store it?

Keep it cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. If you have leftover brewed pieces, refrigerate them between uses.

Can I use both?

Yes. Many people keep pieces on hand for slower mornings and powder for everything else, including baking.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship from the USA and are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days within the US and Canada.

What if it's not for me?

If it's not for you, you've got 30 days to send it back for a refund.
